Ay yo, healthy sis!
Don't we all seem to have those mornings where we can't seem to shove food down our throats until it's time for lunch? Maybe you aren't a morning person, or whatever, just like me. Well, recently I was in a hectic module, where I didn't have the time to make myself a decent breakfast. Thus, I came up with this shake recipe that makes my mornings so much easier and keeps me full until it's lunchtime again...
My Good-morning shake recipe...
1 banana;
2-3 tbsp skyr yogurt or low-fat quark (any flavor);
1/3 cup of oats;
A handful of frozen fruit(s) (any of your liking);
A dash of water.
Put it in a blender and voilà, you’re a healthy bitch now! 💪🏼😂

To make your smoothie more filling you can also add chia and hemp seeds – yummy! If you're vegan or vegetarian, frozen rice milk or plant-based yogurts are delicious subsites for this morning shake
